Aim CIC Company was founded.

July 1996

Aim CIC Company was reorganized to Nihon Aim Co., Ltd. (currently UT Aim Co., Ltd.)

Dec. 2003

Nihon Aim was listed in the JASDAQ market.

Apr. 2006

Shares of Artista Co., Ltd. was acquired and it became a subsidiary (and was integrated to UT Technology Co., Ltd. in Dec. 2011).

Apr. 2007

Nihon Aim and Apex Inc. jointly transferred shares to establish United Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (currently UT Group Co., Ltd.) as a pure shareholding company and a parent company of wholly owned subsidiaries. It was listed in the JASDAQ market. (Nihon Aim was delisted.)

Sep. 2008

Heartful Aim Co., Ltd. (currently UT Heartful Co., Ltd.) was established.

Jan. 2009

United Technology Holdings was renamed UT Holdings Co., Ltd.

Nov. 2009

All shares of Apex were sold to Hachitoku Co., Ltd.

Jan. 2010

Comm Leading Co., Ltd. was established (and was integrated to UT Technology in Dec. 2011).

Mar. 2010

Comm Agent Co., Ltd. was established (and was integrated to UT Aim in Apr. 2014).
UT Revive Co., Ltd. was established (and was integrated to UT Aim in Apr. 2014).

Apr. 2012

Comm Agent was renamed UT icom Co., Ltd.
UT Construction Network Co., Ltd. (currently UT Construction) was established.
UT Career Co., Ltd. (currently UT Agent) was established.

July 2012

To enhance UT Group’s brand power, some subsidiaries were renamed to make corporate names of all subsidiaries start with UT. Accordingly Nihon Aim was renamed to UT Aim , and Comm Leading to UT Leading.
Oct. UT Life Support Co., Ltd. was established.

Jul 2013

81% of shares of Panasonic Battery Engineering Co., Ltd. was acquired and it became a subsidiary (renamed UT Pabec Co., Ltd.)

Apr. 2014

UT icom and UT Revive, both in manufacturing dispatch and outsourcing, were integrated to UT Aim.

Mar. 2015

Shares of System Revolution Co., Ltd. were acquired and it became a subsidiary (currently UT Technology).

July 2015

UT Holdings was renamed to UT Group Co., Ltd.

Oct. 2015

UT Leading Co., Ltd. was renamed to UT Technology, UT Construction Network. to UT Construction Co., Ltd., and System Revolution to UT System Co., Ltd.

May. 2016

Shares of Atex Co., Ltd. were acquired and it became a subsidiary (and was integrated to UT Technology in April 2017).

June. 2016

UT Global Co., Ltd. was established.

Dec. 2016

UTHP was established.
Forward Co., Ltd. became a subsidiary (and was integrated to UT System in April 2017).

Jan. 2017

UT Group opened an engineer development facility, UT Advanced Career Center.

Mar. 2017

Shares of Tight Work, K.K. was acquired and it became a subsidiary (currently UT Community Co., Ltd.)

Apr. 2017

Lei Hau'oli Co., Ltd. became a subsidiary.

Apr. 2018

Tight Work was renamed to UT Community.
UT Technology and UT System were merged with UT Technology being a surviving company.
Fujitsu Aprico Limited was split into dispatching business and others. UT Group acquired 51% of shares of the surviving company engaged in dispatching business and made it a subsidiary (renamed to Fujitsu UT Co., Ltd.)
