We provide the same “Reassurance, bonding, and growth” to each associate who works in a work environment that is sensitive to market changes. Then, we provide the ability to respond to changes to our clients.
We the UT Group declare that we will “become the company with a future workstyle platform” that will enable the sustainable creation and support of each associate in line with the changes in the workplace.
We aim to realize a society in which opportunities for career formation are equally provided and workers are treated correctly, while responding to changes in lifestyle and workstyle.

Looking ahead to the next 10 years, we will continue to diversify the working conditions, such as job types, workplaces, and work hours, so that we can expand the potential of “working people.” In addition to matching education, training, and work to suit each individual’s life stage and needs, regardless of age, gender, nationality, or race, we intend to provide “Reassurance” not only during the working time but also the off time. By doing so, we desire to improve the quality of work and contribute to the growth of society as a whole.

We provide diverse workplaces and work tasks, as well as opportunities for skill development, in order to respond to everyone who has a desire to work.

Support foreigners who
want to work in Japan
We will support and empower people from outside Japan who live and work in Japan, and provide them with jobs and support their continuous development of careers.

even during off time
In addition to ensuring an environment in which appropriate laws and regulations are adhered to at work, we will also enhance support for the lives of people who are “working”, thereby enhancing the reassurance in their lives.
